1. Well honestly this game is very fun the house is much better than the free one it is very nice but it doesn't save your progress even when you drive I just transferred all the wardome from the free one and it took FOREVER (the clothes are terrible) so when I went to the school all of it was reset plz fix this make it not lose progress for a better ratingI used to have this game and it was brilliant👍 but then I stopped playing and uninstalled that and a few months later I installed it and now every single time I play this it doesn't save anything👿when I come out and come back in.

2. So I would recommend that if you don't want to listen to me than go ahead and buy it but it is very frustrating.LOVE THIS GAME! But I wish more of your games were free thought.

3. When I play the home game somtimes it makes my characters nakid and I can't drees them up or move them.

1. Restart My Town: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Town" » Open My Town: Friends House Party » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Town » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Town: Friends House Party app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Town servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Town: Friends House Party" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Town might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Town then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Town not working

2. Fix My Town Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
