I like the game so much but when ever i enter in a room the game stopped after 2 mints please fix this problem if you don't i am gonna uninstall this gameIt has too much lag way too much lag I couldn't play it made me really really angry so that why I gave it a one star can you please remove all all the lag pleaseThis game is good but not very good please don't make VIP games make free games..It just shows a navy blue screen I hate it and it's annoyingThis game is very good and very useful for learning more things like I love it other people olso love it I think and this game is like for kids I love it so much but I have been seen that there is very little of space for traviling for us I hope that this game hase shanses ,it makes the game batter thank you 😊IT is a best game.Its very intresting as well lots of fun.

3. But it has some problems that there are very less characters please add some more characters to make this game very interested and second problem is thaf it has very less places to visit please add some more rooms, characters, features.

4. I know you have unlocked some of the games, but unlock all of them...I installed the 'My City Mansion' and 'My City Ski Resort' and I was shocked! When I play the mansion,the ski resort is open.

5. So unlock all the games.

6. I recommend this app to all childrens.

1. Fix My City Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My City: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My City App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My City" » Open My City : Ski Resort » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My City » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My City : Ski Resort app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My City servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My City : Ski Resort" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My City app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My City might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My City. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My City then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My City not working

2. Fix My City Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My City be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My City not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My City may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
