1. Thanku guys - great app!! ❤Would be great if we could use the original size/ratio of the photos instead of 1:1 and also be able to change the orientation of the palette from vertical to horizontal.

2. 3) Make palette colors adjust up/down a lil taller than current size limits.

3. 2) Press & Move each color to reorder the lineup / spectrum in each palette.

4. Great palette app! Simple & EZ to use.

5. U can choose where palettes go & spacing between colors /or/ no spacing.

6. Save both as 1 total image! Next version I'd like to: 1) Choose # of colors between 3-24.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix inColors Palette Issues

1. Fix inColors Palette Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart inColors Palette: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the inColors Palette App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "inColors Palette" » Open inColors Palette: Colors Extraction & Editing » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for inColors Palette » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear inColors Palette: Colors Extraction & Editing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from inColors Palette servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "inColors Palette: Colors Extraction & Editing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check inColors Palette app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, inColors Palette might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall inColors Palette. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall inColors Palette then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing inColors Palette not working


2. Fix inColors Palette Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make inColors Palette be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to inColors Palette not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
