Why should I report an Issue with ePUBator?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I also have moon reader which is a ebooke reader that converts pdf but people were raving about lithium and this helped me convert pdf to epub quickly for lithium app.I don't usually review any application but this one so good I had to come back just to give it 5 🌟 s Really appreciate the work of developers cause it even works in pc (On the other side none of the side none of the converters((for pc)) did their job but this mobile application made it possible Thank you so muchTook about 2 minutes to convert ~700 pages.

Would be great if support was added to convert documents with a 2-column layout, such as scientific papers.hi the app has converted pdf to epubator format BUT it has a black background with white print and the length of the lines of script are wider than the width of my screen and I can find NO controls to alter to anything.

3. just some useful feedback I hope: I know where to find the extracted/converted file but an aditional check box in settings would be useful, with this option no strange or forbidden characters in file name app just crashed, I tested like 5 different filesTHE BEST for Android.

4. Good when you`re looking for a text only convertor but the issue with upside down images needs fixing.

5. markWorked great for me , I wanted to convert my pdf ebook so I can use it in the Lithium app and it converted a 1000+ page pdf very quickly.

1. Fix ePUBator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ePUBator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ePUBator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ePUBator" » Open ePUBator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ePUBator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ePUBator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ePUBator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ePUBator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ePUBator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ePUBator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ePUBator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ePUBator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ePUBator not working

2. Fix ePUBator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ePUBator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ePUBator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ePUBator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
