2. Creating a new account is not an option for me now, so please that should be looked into ASAP.Thought it would have improved, but you still can't get offline push notifications for events in any group you joined, instead it goes offline.... What a shame.

3. So many bugs it's kind of annoying and there's no real help/suggestions/support channel.The new updates are really awesome but 2go team should update the emoji packs for all countries.

1. Fix 2go Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 2go Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 2go Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "2go Chat" » Open 2go Chat - Chat Rooms & Dating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 2go Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 2go Chat - Chat Rooms & Dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 2go Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "2go Chat - Chat Rooms & Dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 2go Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 2go Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 2go Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 2go Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 2go Chat not working

2. Fix 2go Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 2go Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 2go Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 2go Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
