I always get avatars that look nothing like me.Trash app dont waste ur time its so easy to get locked out and u have no recourse to get points back up because u cant chat when karma falls below a certain point ive never felt so talked down to by an overly anal system, the thing finger wags at you if u mispell, curse (but only certain words)mention any other app list goes on what a hot mess and even if they fixed my score i would not likely return to jump through hoops to get people to talk back and tip toe around everything i sayThis app was alright for a while, but wait a few weeks and the rules change.

So far it's been pretty good, wide range of people to convers with,, only having one chat room with a thin line that's more than to easy to cross as far as site rules is a negative for sure!The app was working fine and then it suddenly started saying "error in server communication" and it wouldn't let me send any messages.

Not sure if it's a bug or an attempt for monetization.Started off great!, many types of people , many different backgrounds and personalities,, the app was enjoyable and i had recomended trying it out with a few friends but the last 3 weeks now its frustrating in the most way!!! All of us are losing our patience with your server communication errors!!!!One of the worst apps ever created.

4. Customer service was rude and wouldn't tell me why I lost it the first time and the second time, I was told I needed to pay money to contact customer service.

5. I feel that the app tries to preference, as if a female account who reaches a certain karma level will automatically upgrade there account, from what I'm told and seen.

6. A new feature is hot users if a new account is made and you try talking to them you will have to pay money to boost or be at above 100 karma.Really enjoyes this app for a while.

7. Worked fine at first, then after a reinstall all karma (needed to do anything in-app) set to zero randomly.

8. I was careful to follow all the rules, but lost all my Karma twice without being notified why.

9. The karma system makes since but there is no extended communication of loss or gain of it.

10. Please fix this :(EDIT*** Many of the bugs have been worked out, app works just fine, and the user-base seems to be active and interactive.

1. Fix Anonymous Chat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anonymous Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anonymous Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anonymous Chat" » Open Anonymous Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anonymous Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anonymous Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anonymous Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anonymous Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anonymous Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anonymous Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anonymous Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anonymous Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anonymous Chat not working

2. Fix Anonymous Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anonymous Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anonymous Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anonymous Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
