Why should I report an Issue with eReolen?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Also horrible backlight menuIs there any possible chance to remove the automatic screen brightness enhancement when the book loads ? It is a little inconvenient that it does it when I try to read before sleep in a dark room... you would expect it does the opposite but nope... I actually gave up on reading during winter because of this small annoying feature :)A little anoying for reading.

2. The idea is great and I love the concept, but I am super frustrated cause I never know if it works or not.Love this app! Easy, simple and free!I am not able to log in, when I try to preview a book without logging in, after few pages it goes while and can't swipe back oflr forward..This app will not load when I attempt to run it after the installation.

3. It makes it very hard to enjoy using this app or even make it effective.Being told I am not online when trying to listen to an audio book downloaded for offline listning.

4. Does anyone review the books before? Give us the ability to reduct the font size to atleast get around some of the issues if you don't want to put in the effort.

5. Expired cookie for login, how does it work? I sat in an airplane offline looked forward to reading when suddenly I had to login again.

6. If you were serious about fixing the app/books it would be possible to report issues in it (a simple dropdown?).

7. Soo many books have issues with text getting cut off, or text overlapping text/images.

1. Fix eReolen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart eReolen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the eReolen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eReolen" » Open eReolen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eReolen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear eReolen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eReolen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eReolen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check eReolen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eReolen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall eReolen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eReolen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eReolen not working

2. Fix eReolen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eReolen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eReolen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eReolen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
