1. and the weather update notification is so annoying and if you turn it off it turns off all weather notifications completely! I have downloaded and deleted this app SEVERAL times because of these issues.. stilllll hasn't been fixedCan't shut off the station alerts! I turned them off several times and they were right back on.

2. 5 Stars 🌟I used to love this app but with the latest update the push alerts have become obnoxious and embarrassing with no way to turn them off that works.

3. I turn notifications off everytime I get one but as soon as you close the app they turn back on?! I like the alerts when there is rain, lightning etc in the area but now ya get "cute" notifications every hour or so about the weather?it will work one minute then the next it won't load at all.

4. I do, leave the screen, and then they're back on when I go back to settings.It works but the new update increases push alerts.. even MORE than they say " push alert" in their commercial for their news app.

5. After reading other reviews looks like this has been a problem for years.The station alerts are ridiculously loud.

1. Fix QCWeather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QCWeather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QCWeather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QCWeather" » Open QCWeather - KWQC-TV6 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QCWeather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QCWeather - KWQC-TV6 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QCWeather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QCWeather - KWQC-TV6" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QCWeather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QCWeather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QCWeather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QCWeather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QCWeather not working

2. Fix QCWeather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QCWeather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QCWeather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QCWeather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
