Why should I report an Issue with WSIL Weather?

1. Have to hit 3 separate tabs to look at projected temp., Precip, and wind where on old app it was all together.This app is awful! This app use to be a good app it had all the information you wanted and needed! Now its like WHAT HAPPENED! Half of it doesn't load so I deleted it and reinstalled it still the same thing! So I deleted it, It's a worthless app I wouldn't install it! If you can't come up with a better app then this one then you need to find a different job!I am not happy with your new app.

2. I hope things change.The latest update to this app is awful! The previous setup was accurate, and easy to navigate.

4. I can type city or zip code or the entire address and when I hit DONE I get a message to "Please enter a City, Zip, or Address." I have tried different cities and zips.

1. Fix WSIL Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WSIL Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WSIL Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WSIL Weather" » Open WSIL Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WSIL Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WSIL Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WSIL Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WSIL Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WSIL Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WSIL Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WSIL Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WSIL Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WSIL Weather not working

2. Fix WSIL Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WSIL Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WSIL Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WSIL Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
