1. Using Android...have to uninstall, not reliable 😕App performance has steadily gone down; app opens but data, radar, etc, won't load.

2. Occasionally, "force stop" fixes it but that has begun failing.The alerts came in handy yesterday as severe thunderstorms were expected.

3. It was doing great and now it won't pick up my location! 😐 I don't understand what went wrong.Useless as app no longer has forecast updates.

4. I like this app, but it keeps freezing, black screen..functions stop, cannot change from map to home.

1. Restart QC News Pinpoint Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QC News Pinpoint Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QC News Pinpoint Weather" » Open QC News Pinpoint Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QC News Pinpoint Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QC News Pinpoint Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QC News Pinpoint Weather servers.
