Will better rate when it's great againDuring the outbreak of tornadoes they had nothing on this app where the tornadoes were or nothing couldn't find nothing very sad I went to channel 3 where they cover everything on their appI should not have to watch 30 seconds of ads during a severe weather alert.The app will not allow me to look at radar.

2. I like to check the weather in quiet places, such as doctors offices, and I can't now for fear an ad will start screaming out of my phone.

3. Takes forever to find location and the radar only shows an hour ahead? I have to keep refreshing for it to show the forecast.

1. Fix WJTV Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WJTV Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WJTV Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WJTV Weather" » Open WJTV Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WJTV Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WJTV Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WJTV Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WJTV Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WJTV Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WJTV Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WJTV Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WJTV Weather then reinstall.
