1. ETA: There has been a fix, I still find this app less intuitive or useful than others, but I will upgrade from 1 to 4 stars.I wish our little circles with our initials had an option to put pictures instead, like on social media, so it's easier to put names to faces! And that the events had a calendar view!My experience has been terrible!! Frequently tells me I'm not connected to the internet (when I am) then stalls & won't load info.

When the app describes itself as helping members be connected I would say just connecting via email but not phone and website is lacking 2 important capabilities.To the developers: I am curious to know if these enhancements are in the works or if you would consider adding them? I would give it 5 stars if it had these functions.Doesn't show up in my apps list.

3. However it is lacking a major functionality when it comes to helping members be in contact with other members: It does not allow you to click a person's phone number and call them from the app.

4. It is a feature in the Admin app so it seems like it should be doable in the Members app.Also, the website links are not active so you can NOT click a member's website in the app and go to their website.

5. The app works for a day or so then insists I'm not connected to the internet or can't load my profile right now.My password isn't working.

6. Then getting off that screen takes me back out to a login screen where entering email and password does nothing, no "invalid xxx entered" even.

7. Keeps showing a screen that states "You are not connected to the internet"- but I am.

8. But it's not very useful to me if I can't also add the events to my calendar.I have had trouble with this app since I loaded it.

9. Message says to click on forgot password near the login.

10. I'm unable to add events to my calendar using the "Add to calendar button".

11. The app makes it easy for me to see what club events are coming up and it's also easy to sign up for them.

1. Fix Wild Apricot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wild Apricot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wild Apricot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wild Apricot" » Open Wild Apricot for Members » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wild Apricot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wild Apricot for Members app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wild Apricot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wild Apricot for Members" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wild Apricot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wild Apricot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wild Apricot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wild Apricot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wild Apricot not working

2. Fix Wild Apricot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wild Apricot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wild Apricot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wild Apricot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
