1. I've had other weather apps that quit refreshing and you might not notice looking at info 2 days old!! I'm pleased with this one.I have been trying to find an easy to use weather app that just tells me the hourly forecast and I just downloaded four that were exactly the same app but advertised differently, both could not find my very populated location (yes my location is on) and both made my phone freak out.

4. I've used many other weather widgets and never had this problem before.Everything about it looks good to me.

5. One thing I noticed though is the sunup and sundown indication stays in 24 hour format even if your settings are set to 12I use this app several times a day, mostly to check the heat index and occasionally the radar.

6. Quick, easy to see weekly high/low and current temperature plus icon for sunny, rainy, etc.

7. It's not letting me click on individual days to know what the weather will be like the next day or hour.

8. Easy to add other cities that are quick to reference.

9. It's easy to use and easy to read the numbers.I cannot use this as it before.

10. Don't know if its the app or my phone, but its very frustrating!ridiculous waste of time! it forces you to rate it as Amazing in order to even use it.

1. Fix Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather" » Open Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather not working

2. Fix Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
