1. I tried to email the developer and it came back as undelivered! Please updateEverytime I download this app and get told it will be fixed I will go to watch the weather video since it's way easier on me in the morning and the weather video eithor is never available or since they updated it or whatever they did the ad that plays before the video stays frozen at the last sec before it's over.

2. So thankful to be able to view the Fox 4 KC weather teams broadcasts again! 😊 I have loved this app for a long time, and I depend on seeing the video broadcasts as I usually don't have a chance to watch on TV.

3. So back to square one with never being able to watch the weather videos on the app.Sadly, what ever update/upgrade has rendered the video portion useless.

4. The ads play, but the forecast doesn't! Also the videos are not compressed well so watching a single forecast video takes a lot of data.8/12/21 update Re downloaded app after a and video is working perfectly.

9. However, other weather apps will include the predicted "feels like" temps in their hourly forecasts and this one does not.

10. It shows there is a video but when the ad is done it goes to black and shows 00:00 at both start and finish times.

1. Fix Fox4 KC Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fox4 KC Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fox4 KC Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fox4 KC Weather" » Open Fox4 KC Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fox4 KC Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fox4 KC Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fox4 KC Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fox4 KC Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fox4 KC Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fox4 KC Weather might not work.
