Why should I report an Issue with WAND Weather?

1. I was told this app was supposed to help manage weather conditions for Spraying to help minimise spray drift... I do NOT recommend this app, if you need a good app use Willy Weather or Oz Forcast, they work well and give you access to on farm weather stations.Changed phones, had to download the new version.

2. C'mon WAND, you're better than that! Have switched to WICS weather, does same thing without intrusive video ads.OBNOXIOUS POP UP ADS ARE STARTING AGAIN!!! Going back to the WCIA weather app.

3. I hope it can be fixed soon as I used to like it over the Weather Channel.This used to be a good local weather app, but recently a video add has been inserted when switching to the radar.

4. But what ever they did to fix the ad problem, made it worth having on my phone again and be my go to weather app."Not available in my area apparently, even tho I live and work in an area with large scale irrigation farming all around.

5. I have deleted the app and now use a local competitors app that does have adds such as this.Used to be 5 stars until a recent update embedded ads that take over the screen when you switch between modes such as Daily & Hourly.

6. I realize that adds help pay for the apps but adds this intrusive are just go to far.

7. I'm willing to spend a few bucks for an ad free version but ther isn't one :-(Before this month, March 2021, I've always enjoyed this app.

8. I downloaded it after uninstall over a year ago because I was told by a user they no longer had full page ads.

9. Now, it has problems with freezing up my phone when I attempt to go to the application and being slow to access many features like the map.

1. Fix WAND Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WAND Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WAND Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WAND Weather" » Open WAND Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WAND Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WAND Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WAND Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WAND Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WAND Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WAND Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WAND Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WAND Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WAND Weather not working

2. Fix WAND Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WAND Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WAND Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WAND Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
