1. My favorite feature is access to the live road cams along the route! It is easy to add in navigation stops.

4. Next complaint; when trying to add additional stops on the route, you cannot reorganize them in order by sliding the text field up or down.

8. The only feature that makes no sense to me is the supposed "best time to leave" -- it has no apparent relationship to anything whatsoever.

1. Fix Highway Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Highway Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Highway Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Highway Weather" » Open Highway Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Highway Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Highway Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Highway Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Highway Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Highway Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Highway Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Highway Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Highway Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Highway Weather not working

2. Fix Highway Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Highway Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Highway Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Highway Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
