Why should I report an Issue with Draw Me!?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I wish they make it so that you can save your artwork and also others, more painting options, etc.I give this to stars because I think the app is not in its full potential the tools for drawing is not so great I can even twist the screen only zoom in and I really want to see more brushes and one thing that would be nice is picking pictures off your gallery I think that would be so much easier then taking a picture it's not that much to do on the app I wish they are more things to do but in all I like this appHey! So far I've enjoyed this app but I'd really enjoy it if we could import our own digital drawings? Or even being able to take pictures for traditional artists.

Otherwise, i love it.It's a very fun app, the only bad thing imo is the lack of choice for the actual pictures (you have to basically click on a randomizer and pick from 9 and if you don't like those then press the random button again) it would be better if there were a choice from like a list of them, also comments would be niceUh its actually a rly fun app and ive enjoyed drawing other people and there drawings.

3. A comment section would also be useful! I really hope you're listeningA lot of reviews say some weird stuff, but I've used the app for years and once you learn your way around the app, the only negatives is that you can't select an image from your gallery to post and there aren't layers.

4. Also, I wouldve liked to have a comment section or some way to communicate with the people I'm drawing.

8. When i press on the thing to type, the key board shows up but when i try and type stuff nothing types.

9. A stabilizer would make drawing on this app ten times easier! I would also appreciate if you could add an eraser option, that is definitely an essential for me.

1. Fix Draw Me! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Draw Me!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Draw Me! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Draw Me!" » Open Draw Me! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Draw Me! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Draw Me! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Draw Me! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Draw Me!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Draw Me! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Draw Me! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Draw Me!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Draw Me! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Draw Me! not working

2. Fix Draw Me! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Draw Me! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Draw Me! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Draw Me! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
