1. I'm pretty sure all the profiles are fake when you try to exchange contact information with them they say no, talk on the app it's all fake scam don't waste money...why would I upgrade if it did not include unlimited messaging.
2. I signed up for a premium subscription, so I believe I should get free and unlimited messaging no matter who I'm chatting with.
3. All it does is flood your inbox with fake profiles that generate bot messages for you to maybe get interested if you fall for it, then prompts you to payoney after like the second message.

5. Third no matter how interested they may be and despite all attempts to get them to chat on a free app they just will not go to the free app and insist on chatting on the pay app.Horrible-19.99 to upgrade to premium.
6. If you attempt to get a refund, the "customer service" team doesn't respond with anything but "we don't understand your message." Delete account? Nothing happens.I like the idea of the app and it's potential.
7. Then you still have to purchase coins to send messages even as a premium member.
8. All it says is what country and town people are in doesn't give you an option to search within a specific distance.
9. Also in order to keep talking to someone you need to purchase more coins on top of the subscription.
10. There's literally no people, like I don't think that the app even shows your profile to people, it probably doesn't even have a messaging system.Complete scam.
11. Second you have to pay for each and every message you send no matter how long or short you have to spend coin for each and every message.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Once Issues
1. Fix Once Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Once: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Once App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Once" » Open Once: Find your Perfect Match » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Once » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Once: Find your Perfect Match app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Once servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Once: Find your Perfect Match" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Once app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Once might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Once. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Once then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Once not working
2. Fix Once Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Once be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Once not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Once may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
