cloudLibrary Customer Insights

1. Also having multiple library cards and not being able to see all my books at once is annoying.Could improve the reader and audiobook interface.

2. This is especially annoying on audio books as you are not looking to the screen to know where you are.Good but it needs a more refined speed feature.

3. Over last 24 hours it's unable to find my DOWNLOADED books - either nothing happens, or it's "migrating my cloud library".

4. This is too steep a jump in speed for books, and all other apps (hooplah, Libby, audible) all have a refining speed in dial format.

5. Wonderful! I'm reading so much more now! I recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind e-books or audiobooks!whenever I tried to read an ebook with the app I am reminded of just how annoying it is to use.

6. For the past couple of days, I've been unable to load ALL of the books in my reading list.

7. not great for reading books, but works perfectly for audiobooks.

8. The reading interface isn't good, the reading app stinks in comparison to real reading applications (which you would think this would be, but it sure doesn't act like it.) It fails to alert me of anything and when I sign in it always tells me there are messages, but I've never actually seen either.

9. However, when I log into the system on the computer, I can see ALL of my saved books.Fantastic! I love this app! It automatically returns the books you check out so I never pay late fees anymore.

10. I always try Libby first, but my library uses this for some books.

11. I like how straightforward this is compared to Libby.Love having access to audiobooks from local library! Unfortunately, app is squirrelly.
