11. Great reporting, but the app needs work.The app has been completely overhauled to actually make it usable and user friendly, and I now use it daily, and maybe even prefer over the Web version.

1. Restart MIT Technology Review: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MIT Technology Review App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIT Technology Review" » Open MIT Technology Review » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIT Technology Review » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MIT Technology Review app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIT Technology Review servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIT Technology Review" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MIT Technology Review app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MIT Technology Review might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MIT Technology Review. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MIT Technology Review then reinstall.
