Why should I report an Issue with Buienradar - weer?

1. I didn't mind paying for the app, I wouldn't even mind the planned price increase of almost 100%, but paying for the app AND have your data collected and sold is where I draw the line."Time stick" issue never gets old.

2. After the last update the widget (most important part of the app for me) requires Location permission, even for the paid/subscription version.

3. I'm not a fan of the large textual forecast or the removal of the two hour radar option, but the dark mode is nice.

4. Besides, with last update, a lot of data is collected from the phone that is absolutely no required for the regular functions in the app.

5. Now 4 out of 5 times just says "info no available", unable to load the map or hourly forecast, but ads are loading perfect.

6. Uninstalling and definitely not recommended for anyone.Doesn't find location well, and doesn't translate words properly even when set to English.

7. It's decidedly an OK app with plenty of room for improvement.Very unreliable, it shows no rain, then it starts raining out of nowhere.

8. I find the 14 day forecast a bit too wild (it's generally correct but changes a lot all the time).

9. Short term forecasts are criminally bad.Previous versions of this app were pretty good, the latest version is a mixed bag.

10. Otherwise I'm happy with it and use it regularly!Last update (make over and all) makes it really slow to start.

11. Old app just showed exactly what you need, 24 uur forecast and 14 day forecast.Shameful drop in quality from this app.

1. Fix Buienradar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Buienradar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Buienradar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Buienradar" » Open Buienradar - weer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Buienradar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Buienradar - weer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Buienradar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Buienradar - weer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Buienradar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Buienradar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Buienradar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Buienradar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Buienradar not working

2. Fix Buienradar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Buienradar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Buienradar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Buienradar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
