1. It's awesome!I was having nostalgia thinking of when I would use chat when I was younger, decided to search for an app, and went with this and it doesn't disappoint! I'm writing this while only have used it for a few hours but already I have talked to great people and could see potential in friendships and even collaborating with work or music together.I find the app extremely useful and innovative at the same time.

And apparently no one seems to know the real definition on this site of what a cougar really means and it definitely doesn't mean someone who's the age of 22 and if you submit a photo they're using your photos to attract other people to subscribe and those photos of those people account may be deactivated.Just downloaded the app so I don't know if this problem is new or old.

A report is next.This app is absolute trash they lead you to believe that you have canceled the subscription so that when you're ready to delete the app you can proceed doing so the subscription was never canceled and I got charged the full amount when I stopped using this app a couple days after downloading it.

4. The mods do a pretty great job at making sure theres no harassment and its very easy to report people.

1. Fix Cougar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cougar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cougar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cougar" » Open Cougar - Mature Women Dating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cougar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cougar - Mature Women Dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cougar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cougar - Mature Women Dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cougar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cougar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cougar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cougar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cougar not working

2. Fix Cougar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cougar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cougar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cougar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
