1. Once in a great while it will actually show me the video playback of the movement... Very Frustrating!!! This needs to be fixed! What if the alert was really an emergency and someone gets hurt or worse and gets killed because of a faulty app? Until this is fixed, I'm sticking with the 1 star!The alarm button is horrible.

2. I uninstalled and installed back to app, refresh internet router wifi everything to make sure that was working and still has same issue It just keeps getting worse! It doesnt connect anymore, I'm unable to monitor cameras if I'm away from home.

3. What a waste.Watching in real time works very good but when trying to use play back and look at recordings it locks up and you have to turn your phone off and do other things to get it back working properly.

4. there's a way to turn night vision in to color, it doesn't work either.I'll get notifications that movement has been detected, but when I click on the notification to see what the movement was, it does absolutely nothing at all most of the time.

5. How can I turn off this feature all together, since yall have done such a horrible job when designing the alarm part? Anyone????? Since yall don't even want to respond to help us and your support team is TRASh!! We will go and pay to subscribe a whole app!!Frustrating app.

6. There is no confirmation, like you can make a selection for the 2nd time yes/no if you want to turn on the alarm.

7. I was getting notifications on my phone and I could view "alarm" videos for that day and 2 days prior.

8. It's now simple to navigate and does exactly what I wanted my cameras to do!I really feel they need to update this app to make it more compatible.

9. To the developers: get rid of the last updateWhen I first bought my cameras and installed this app I was actually pretty disappointed but they've upped they're game.

10. It was so good 2years ago, so easy to connect and view the cameras.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) Issues

1. Fix IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud)" » Open IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IP Pro(VR Cam, EseeCloud) not working

Good day, I want to find out if your website is offline. My network at home is fine but my dvr connection is ofline. All was fine and just went offline two weeks ago. Please will you provide me with a update of what is wrong. Kind regards Carl Landman

If I am at the restaurant connected the the Wi-Fi on my phone I can access cameras. If I’m not on the restaurant/camera Wi-Fi it says it’s offline when I try to access by my iPhone. I don’t know how to get reconnected on my phone when I am not on the wifi
