1. The Revised Standard Version (RSV) is a comprehensive revision of the King James Version, the Revised Version of 1881-1885, and the American Standard Version of 1901, published in stages around the middle of the 20th century.
2. It aims to present a literally accurate translation of the Bible in modern English.
1. But please do something about the adds, it just pop up when data is on and this distract reading.but all the same it's the best for for me.I love the Bibles from Solvus lab especially NIV because it's soo easy to understand and read but I can't find it when I want to download again let's say I change phones or it gets deleted by mistake. This version of the Bible is the best that I have seen, with easy search of scriptures with the words that can be found in the verse, excellent in the presentation of verses and easy floating from one scripture to another.Deuteronomy 1 vs 21 to Deuteronomy 5 vs 27 is completely inaccurate.
2. It's option to highlight verses makes a quick review of important texts.I am shocked to find that Deuteronomy from chapter 1 verse 21 is so corrupted and has omitted the actual verses, but instead has other words.
3. I love this RSV BIBLE app so much,it has been a blessing to me.It is easy to use, enables me to search for Scriptures easily, and the colours for highlighting are perfect.
4. Right in the middle of 1 vs 21 you went back and repeated the scriptures from 1 vs 10, such that verse 10 is masquerading as vs 22, vs 11 as verse 23, and so on, up to chapter 5 vs 27.
5. GBUKindly enable selecting multiple verses within the same chapter either to highlight or share.
6. Also, create a log in process which allows users to have the bookmarks and favourites selected to be moved when a user moves to a new phone and continues using your app.
7. It would be great if you could provide an audio version or better still, a dramatic audio version.
8. You then corrected yourselves by totally disregarding chapter 5 vs 16 - 27, then moving right on to verse 28.
9. The only thing is that I have not seen it's audio version that one can use offline.
10. I switched to RSV & have been memorizing verses for 45 years now and since this app is RSV, I'm stuck to this for many years.
11. Currently I'm using the NRSV audio version.
