1. When trying to ask for support, I get an error...Wants to be the new Klout, but this piece of shovelware can't even do what it claims to-measure likes and comments.

2. Am getting this error "{"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Invalid scope field(s): public_content"}"Does not work.

3. Emailed customer support and was told that it was going off of my device settings, which are all in English.

4. If it ever works, it might be worth using but for now - worthless.Can't add Instagram and your support page is not working.

5. Pointless.Junk. Too much crashing/freezing.Oops! Something went wrong! This app is SPYWARE SPYWARE SPYWAREDoes not do anything, uninstalling.The app is not working at all.

6. Added my socials then it asks you to login and just hangs, resulting in an error.

7. Automatically changed the language in the app to Spanish without asking, just assumed it from my name and there's no setting for it.

8. I have several posts from both FB and Twitter that had both likes and comments and these were not tracked by this app.

9. Don't even have the Spanish keyboard downloaded and literally every other app is in English.

1. Fix Skorr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skorr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skorr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skorr" » Open Skorr - Grow socially » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skorr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skorr - Grow socially app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skorr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skorr - Grow socially" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skorr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skorr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skorr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skorr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skorr not working

2. Fix Skorr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skorr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skorr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skorr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
