Why should I report an Issue with FunRead - WebRead?

More or less experience is overwhelming and I feel more people should read the stories.Honestly all the stories is good, but the coin is the problem, if you want to have fun reading novel u need too buy coin, if u waiting on the reward you can only read like 1-2 chapter a day its become boring to wait this app clearly not for free other app give more reward like log in give 20coin, watch ads get 3coin per ads, 15m reading 5coin, 30m get 10 coin link email get 10coin, and many more also have option to open chapter using ads but with this app u can only be disappointed.It's the best app I have used to read novels; every story has their own unique taste and tragedy, of all the novel " True love in remarriage" is one of my best and favourite novel.

2. Many novels chapters were not getting updated, but ads were coming.I'm new user of this apps, n realized some problems, i have many times add my fav book at library but once i open again it's nothing there i need to find it again and again if want to read it, and brightness also always need to set ever time i read it because it's to high, laso the task is useless i thought that's daily task but never refresh , ads also error always error, i also share my novel on media social but never get the coins🙁 the only i can get coins is by check in everyday😢Good stories.

3. When are you going to fix the problem of loading Google ad?? Without these coins can't read more than 1 chapter.. it's frustrating.. Moreover to go to the previous or next chapter, have to go through every single page.no arrows to go directly..it's really annoying...Ever since I've installed this app, I have been reading novels, which were very good even though they were all fictional characters.

4. Very disappointed.The story i am reading is good, everything is in sync but the coins to be bought to open each locked chapters is much.

5. Is it per chapter or per book.Topup then read halfway but ater that no more update new chapter.

6. But I want to read more novels, but I want to complete the current ones.

7. But since 4-5 months I can't read novels which were not getting updated from 4-5 months.

8. Now the problem i have, and u think it's not only me but most user is the watching ad to get bonus coins daily please work on that very soonThe stories in this app is fun, I admit it.

1. Fix FunRead Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FunRead: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FunRead App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FunRead" » Open FunRead - WebRead » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FunRead » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FunRead - WebRead app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FunRead servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FunRead - WebRead" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FunRead app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FunRead might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FunRead. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FunRead then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FunRead not working

2. Fix FunRead Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FunRead be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FunRead not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FunRead may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
