1. Fix Rox's Secret Code Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rox's Secret Code: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rox's Secret Code App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rox's Secret Code" » Open Rox's Secret Code » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rox's Secret Code » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rox's Secret Code app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rox's Secret Code servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rox's Secret Code" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rox's Secret Code app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rox's Secret Code might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rox's Secret Code. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rox's Secret Code then reinstall.
