1. I've read some of the books for free via waiting for the chapters to unlock etc but it could take you several months to finish a book that way, by which point you lose interest.

2. Con: there doesn't seem to be a dark mode and the white screen is way too bright even when I change my phone settings.Too expensive!!! There needs to be an option to purchase the whole book as apposed to buying individual chapters.

3. There was supposed to be a reward where you can get 1000 bonus, not sure about the number besides being very big, if I read 30 minutes for 10 consecutives days on this month, June.

7. Pure garbageIt's great being able to a variety of stories, but not being to claim the rewards because they suddenly disappear can really drive a person to stop.

8. Especially considering you don't even get a hard copy and most of the time there are so many errors that they can be hard to read.

9. So seeing it gone was really disheartening because all those chapters I thought I could unlock just turned into a pipe dream.False advertising.

10. If you wanted to read the book buy it somewhere and it will be cheaper than this app.

1. Fix Ringdom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ringdom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ringdom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ringdom" » Open Ringdom » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ringdom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ringdom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ringdom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ringdom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ringdom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ringdom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ringdom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ringdom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ringdom not working

2. Fix Ringdom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ringdom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ringdom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ringdom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
