Why should I report an Issue with Sahih Bukhari – All Hadiths?

1. I paid to remove adds, and they came back with the update, there is no way to redeem it or reinstate it, or to contact support through the app... Please remove my adds again! This is a full on scam app that keeps showing adds on each click... Now I don't even see the option to remove them! And they sre everywhere!I paid to remove ads, but now they have returned, please fix! Apart from this 5 stars!What is wrong with this? The app is completely blank.

2. I turned it off but keep receiving it.Guys...I was soooo happyyy to pay to remove ads but how come Im still having ads after paying.

1. Fix Sahih Bukhari Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sahih Bukhari: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sahih Bukhari App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sahih Bukhari" » Open Sahih Bukhari – All Hadiths » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sahih Bukhari » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sahih Bukhari – All Hadiths app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sahih Bukhari servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sahih Bukhari – All Hadiths" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sahih Bukhari app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sahih Bukhari might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sahih Bukhari. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sahih Bukhari then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sahih Bukhari not working

2. Fix Sahih Bukhari Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sahih Bukhari be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sahih Bukhari not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sahih Bukhari may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
