ReadyMCTX Customer Insights

1. Just says flash flood and has a map with spots for shelters, but not for what is flooded, closed roads nothingI downloaded it and my phone froze up, then told me that I was not connected to internet.Broken on s8+ requires 28 mb download that cant connect regardless of network.

2. Can't find the app on my phone, and when I try to open it from the app store its a no show!Wish this had more options and was functional for emergency preparednessGood infoWell, I read the previous reviews, but decided to give the app a try to see if the issues from yesterday had been resolved.

3. We all know 911 but not the non emergency line? But over all 4 star app! It Will be a five star before long!Downloaded app in hopes of keeping family members informed during severe weather.

4. Nobody is going to know a evacuation route unless there is a flood ( to the not so smart guy below) lol.

5. I found that it does not support paste from my clipboard and it does switch very slowly from one section to the next.

6. It also does not support "swipe" entry of text, nor does it support auto suggest.

7. The evacuation route map shows but if it was an actual flood than there would be an evacuation route.

8. Only reason not a 5 star is on home page it has all non E's and Emergency numbers besides MCSD.

9. Closes when attempting to share status as well.App basically just gives you links to web based info.

10. However, I tried all of the areas of the app, and they all seem to work. There is no updates on road conditions, evacuations or anything else.

11. Great idea, poorly implemented.Installed on the galaxy s10e.
