1. Been active for a full six months and still haven't fixed the "can't find your rent payment" issue.Has a lot of room to grow.
2. Great service, app is driving away users, to be sure.I have to say I would appreciate having my rent finally show up only credit after 3 years of perfect history, I can't get this to work though.
3. Currently, this platform is kind of okay, but the rewards really aren't that good and most of the decent ones like Starbucks and Amazon require an additional fee to access (that's right: you pay more to get things for 'free'...). Compared to most 'rewards' platforms, this is pretty abysmal.
4. It has caused me to many problems.Like most others, the app fails to find rent payments, I figure it's due to the fact that it "looks" (for me anyway) 2 - 3 days in advance of payment.
5. At first it was ok with a slight boost to my credit score but then months would go unreported and twice it was reported to transunion that my account was closed resulting each time in a 30-point dropped my score.
6. Very disappointedThe idea is fabulous but the credit engine never seems to be able to find my rent to report it.
7. When I send messages trying to resolve the issue I get responses saying that it's either been an ongoing issue that they're trying to resolve or I just get the runaround.
8. That's a bummer because, outside of the credit reporting aspect of this service, there's little else to recommend.Disappointing app.
9. I'm about to uninstall because it isn't doing me any good and causing a lot of frustration.I could never get their third party software to verify my bank information and, yes, all the information provided was correct.
10. The last two months have not been recorded even though nothing has changed in the way of banking or on time payments.
11. I was excited to find a few items I could get with my accumulated points so not receiving them was very disappointing.
