1. The stations have clearly been geocoded from a database, so if the pin isn't in the exact same spot as the pump it doesn't open the fill dialog it will instead give you directions to the other side of the parking lot with no manual override to tell it that yes,.I am at that filling station.
2. I've tried a dozen times to redeem points only to have the app fail and sgore personnel tell me they can't do anything without the app-generated barcode for redemption.This app DOESN'T work! Jeez man.
3. Worst experience ever.jul 1: this app hasn't worked and unable to log in original: When it works it's great, but at some locations it doesn't detect you at the pump well enough and you have to try multiple times, even walking around.
4. Absolutely garbage from a major company like this and makes me consider changing where I fill up and earn points.For the past week now, my app won't let me sign in.
5. 8 out of the 10 times you try to open the "something went wrong on our site please try again later" comes up and always at the gas pump or EVEN WORSE at the car wash entrance.
6. Could be good if it worked, but it doesn't work yet.If it was possible I would give this zero stars.
7. How can you "go digital" as you claim if your app is unuseable junk? Tried your suggestion and just get a continual spinning clock and app fails to open.
8. When you need it at the gas station it's signed out, when signing in the "something went wrong on our end" message is your new friend.
9. Bring back the cards if your electronics aren't going to work.Really need to fix the pay at the pump feature.
10. STOP MESSING WITH IT WHEN UP AND RUNNING.Like someone else described, don't know what's happening recently but the app won't let you login at all, saying 'something went wrong at our end'.
11. Over 80% of the time, the app fails to open with an error message saying the app can't load right now, try again later.
