1. As I have experience some modules are not working properly despite having internet it doesn't open ist page of the app and shows that u have no internet facility that drive me nuts.I was using the other Dawn news app in English but it was not showing any news for last one week or so, thought this is an upgrade but this thing is entirely different.

"the news is not updated yet" only this shows on top of app when i open it Please fix itExtremely poor and laggy, wn you install it, then while opening display the msg " you are not connected to internet:Extremely Pathetic, You will only be able to read the headlines but can not read the detailed News.It will keep downloading the news unsuccessfully.

3. Urdu version is fine but users should be able to select English paper version as I believe DAWN was originally the english newspaper of the country.

4. because main menu button on left side is difficult to operate with right hand thumb.The older version, one I had in my iphone, was way better than this one.

5. Just uninstalled it.good app, but i want to give one suggesion that please may kindly be main menu button change from left side to right side.

6. Can't understand why it can't be fixed, since it's prevelent in ios too..Dawn newspaper and TV are credible and probably the most reliable sources of news from Pakistan.

7. However, their app an YouTube news videos, which show up in this app as well, are worst.

9. Besides the videos keep pausing and interrupting, though I use high speed internet service.

10. If you can't broadcast 4K videos, at least show HD video quality.

1. Restart DawnNews TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DawnNews TV App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DawnNews TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DawnNews TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DawnNews TV servers.
