1. What a joke of a app.Awesome for those who might need these types of equipment or services! They are mildly to moderately priced... Only saw a couple/few things that made me do a double take🤪 otherwise it gets high fives all around from me!!When typing part number in search does not go straight to part, wants mfg and model.

2. App is a joke 2000 miles away from work and I can even look up parts looking at cutting my trip short so I can look up parts not happy with whole experience can't even get part info from call center.

3. What they offer for sale is not even their own, they'll send you the wrong item, then tell you that you bought it from another company even though it's on their site, then after you finally chase down a person who knows you've ordered something from them, that person will be rude and refuse to send you want you actually ordered.Would love to rate lower.

4. I've been using the Heritage Parts App, its not as refined as partstown, but at least it works the way its supposed toThis company is horrible.

5. Getting much better having tons of parts we use! Better search engine too.The app was working great, pretty smooth for a new app, now all sudden it won't let me do anything.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parts Town" » Open Parts Town: Restaurant Parts » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parts Town » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Parts Town: Restaurant Parts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parts Town servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parts Town: Restaurant Parts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Parts Town app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parts Town might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Parts Town. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parts Town then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parts Town not working


2. Fix Parts Town Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parts Town be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parts Town not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parts Town may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
