4. Maybe my expectations were to high but this app has not been helpful at all.Very misleading, they make it seem like it is easy to cancel subscription but they beat around the bush about how to do this.

5. Just find a different option!BEWARE: If you have a trial/weekly/monthly subscription and upgrade to a lifetime subscription, the lifetime will not replace the original.
