1. Also runs out of people within age/distance filters (and no other filters set), when there actually are many others (verified multiple ways, even upping age filter, will then have people show up that should have still shown up otherwise).So many bugs, paid for the upgrade thinking it would help, but nothing changed.
2. There's a bug that the time shows up as UTC time in the messages section, but when you click a message, the time is right... I "paused" my account for three weeks and when I came back i had 20+ matches, even though the app told me it would hide my profile from others.
3. I can see 78 likes for my profile (example 25 in Mexico) But it says there are no remaining people to swipe.
4. Don't trust the "Liked You" page - turns out your filters don't work for people seeing you.
5. Close the app for a bit and it might allow me to swipe 3 more people.Either REALLY buggy, or just set up to scam people into subscribing to premium.
6. Can't figure out how to really contact or chat with people, but biggest issue it just won't open, it just loads and loads.
7. It seems like there is some sort of resource issue with the app, as if the servers have a load balancing issue, or not enough bandwidth.It's obvious that this app needs some work.
8. Also I would like more filter options (like by height) and more easily look outside my immediate area.Good concept, but lately it's been way too buggy to be useful.
9. I have to manually check.The update is absolute TRASH! When you upload pictures, they crop off center, and when you go to delete them they are nowhere to be seen, and after you restart the app all the pictures you deleted are back.
10. Upon getting the full version, I whittled uncounted hundreds of likes down to 16 only by eliminating those outside of my age and location preferences.It's good when it works.
11. The functions are fairly intuitive and the tight demographic lends itself to a pretty clean selection of people.
I deleted my mutual account but was still charged a 6 month renewal on 10/26/23 for $64.73. I just found out and I’m not very happy about this charge. Please reverse the charge and give a full refund. Thanks!

Please cancel my subscription and refund my money please. I switched phones and have not been able to figure out how to cancel my subscription because the app doesn't show up in my subscription. I am greatly disappointed in the people that use this app, not necessarily the app itself, but the people that only choose based on looks. I refuse to pay for another 6 months and want my subscription cancelled. I have been trying for weeks to get this subscription cancelled. I have met someone on another site and am planning to get married soon.
