Why should I report an Issue with catmouse : current movies?

Movie no play button like older version betterLove this app because It hives me so many shows and movies to watchIt was a bit laggy but had good showsWhy would I want to download a crappy app to watch trailers that send me straight to youtube anyway this is not the real cat mouse app it is a f****** hack garbage appIt's good but it doesn't have all the movies you want xGreat and easy.

2. This isnt the actual app must be downloaded through browser but DO NOT download and allow your children to use as now 3 different series I have been watching the first link to click on and cast or watch on certain episodes is PORN not the actual show.

3. Uninstalled.When I went to watch a movie I have been dying to see for Halloween, it only showed the picture of it, description, the trailer, and the actors and actresses that played in itCant even watch anything.

4. Nothing like trying to watch a family series with your kids and it's actually PORN.

5. Movie & TV show descriptions and redirects to YouTube for trailers and that's it.

6. Complete waste of time!Can't figure out how watch.

1. Fix catmouse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart catmouse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the catmouse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "catmouse" » Open catmouse : current movies » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for catmouse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear catmouse : current movies app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from catmouse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "catmouse : current movies" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check catmouse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, catmouse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall catmouse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall catmouse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing catmouse not working

2. Fix catmouse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make catmouse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to catmouse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, catmouse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
