7. While I think the dictionary needs a fair bit of work (example: searching "shoe" suggests 鞋子 over 鞋), the flashcard system is much more manageable than Pleco and others.

8. You can learn sentence examples breaking them down by part learning where words are that are composed of one or more characters.

9. It eve breaks down characters into their parts and radicals which gives deeper insight into the subtle differences in the meanings of words.I really like to the app.

1. Fix trainchinese Dictionary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart trainchinese Dictionary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the trainchinese Dictionary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "trainchinese Dictionary" » Open trainchinese Dictionary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for trainchinese Dictionary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear trainchinese Dictionary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from trainchinese Dictionary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "trainchinese Dictionary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
