My Mitsubishi Connect Customer Insights

1. Thank you! ------------- Previous Review: The Remote Start is hit or miss! If you're going to put basic features behind a paywall, at least make sure the work & are reliable first.

2. It takes forever to even connect and start; if it does connect the vehicle shuts off in 10 min and you have to continuously check the car to see if it is still running...highly inconvienent in the winter!! If lucky enough & car is still running, when you go to get in, the engine shuts off when you unlock the doors.

3. Once the 2 year free trial is up I will not renew it and just get a new car that actually let's you start it remotely with the key!!!! Not pay an u godly amount for a POS app that won't work half the time! Definitely made me want a different brand car!!!!I do love that I can start my car from any distance with the app, although 90% of the time the app doesn't even work.

4. The vehicle finder won't even work when your over a mile from your vehicle, so what's the point in having a vehicle finder feature when it.only shows you a map location which wouldn't specifically pin point your car in a parking lot????Terrible app, can't control the remote climate temperature.

5. EDIT: Since the last update the Remote Start has been working flawlessly - along with the rest of the app features.

6. It's very annoying when you live in a cold or snowy area and need to have a functional remote start.Remote start not reliable.

7. My previous vehicle was a Ford Explorer, which I loved and had remote start on the keyfob.

8. Mitsubishi forces you into using the app for the remote start feature.

9. That will be a huge win! They've got some bugs to work out, but it's a start.Almost a year in and I still can't justify the price of the app once the free trial ends.

10. Also I think it's a little stupid that a customer purchases a car with remote start, just to find out it expires and you have to pay again after three years.

11. I've had my car for about 2 months now and the remote start only worked 2 times out of maybe 20 attempts (I've basically given up at this point).Terrible app.
