1. Now the radar is a couple of taps in and I've got to wait for a bunch of junk (advertisements) to burn through my data before I can get enough responsiveness to click over to radar... Then they've got to burn more data loading more ads before the I can click the play button to actually see the radar.

2. I recommend finding something else or using the iOS version which has much better radar data.Was a great app but then you added adds.

3. Nope, you lost me there.Usually great except when it gets glitchy for days at a time and won't show the radar, temperature, or daily forecast.

4. They are now requiring me to suffer through long ad videos when all I want to do is watch the weather forecast video.

5. Radar data is now extremely low resolution and effectively useless for seeing what is going on in storms.

6. But with all the ads it now contains especially when you are just trying to watch the weather video, makes it really annoying for the user.

1. Fix 13 Warn Me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 13 Warn Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 13 Warn Me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "13 Warn Me" » Open 13 Warn Me - Central IA Weathe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 13 Warn Me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 13 Warn Me - Central IA Weathe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 13 Warn Me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "13 Warn Me - Central IA Weathe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 13 Warn Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 13 Warn Me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 13 Warn Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 13 Warn Me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 13 Warn Me not working
