Why should I report an Issue with LippertNOW?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Lippert Components to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The first three functions: Products, Support, and Videos only show a blank black screen.

2. I waited 15 minutes and came back to the app and the blank, black screens were still the only response to those three functions.

3. when i search for service manual for full wall slides it pulls up all the matching links for it but wont do anything when i press on any of them.Utterly useless.

4. Now i can no longer find any information on the leveling and stabilization its just blank screen same thing with the through frame slide selections.

5. Next day the only thing that opens is the home page, all other pages are a black screen.

6. Please remove this from the Play Store and save your customers from wasting their valuable time.Like others have said...... clumsy, with very little useful information.

7. i use it to contact a customer rep and they are fantastic.A lot of the options to select just bring you to a black screen.

8. App needs to offer an option to store a select number of manuals offline.

9. Too bad there's not a zero star option.App doesn't work.

10. Apparently their app and their Jack's are all broken.The previous version downloaded the PDFs to the phone and tablet, which was needed when there was no cell service.

1. Fix LippertNOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LippertNOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LippertNOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LippertNOW" » Open LippertNOW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LippertNOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LippertNOW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LippertNOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LippertNOW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LippertNOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LippertNOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LippertNOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LippertNOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LippertNOW not working

2. Fix LippertNOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LippertNOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LippertNOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LippertNOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
