3. UPDATE: Presently the full resolution seasonal charts in the app can be accessed by long press on image then use 'download to device' option when the graph is displayed.

7. The tracking model choice, I'm disappointed that when you use the filter and leave the screen and then come back to that screen that the filters have been set back to the default.

1. Fix Tropical Hurricane Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tropical Hurricane Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tropical Hurricane Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tropical Hurricane Tracker" » Open Tropical Hurricane Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tropical Hurricane Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tropical Hurricane Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tropical Hurricane Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tropical Hurricane Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tropical Hurricane Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tropical Hurricane Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tropical Hurricane Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tropical Hurricane Tracker then reinstall.
