1. Rubbed my eyes a bit and when I look over at phone, I saw it was GONE.App crashes most of the time... And it reloads everything upon start up... Very irritating... Doesnt load new songs automatically but reloads everything all over again... From videos to music....It is really very cool simple to operate and an excellent app.I like how I get to choose font's and so on.

2. I have used this text art for years now, I don't have enough words to describe it's multiples wonderful uses, it's a WOW! I recommend this app to anyone who loves making beautiful and stylish texts for social media or for fun, anything at all.

3. I'm creating a convo story and it's horror so I thought this was the perfect app since it has the Nosifer font but the problem is,you couldn't change the backround!!! Stupid app.

1. Fix TextArt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TextArt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TextArt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TextArt" » Open TextArt: Cool Text creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TextArt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TextArt: Cool Text creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TextArt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TextArt: Cool Text creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TextArt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TextArt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TextArt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TextArt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TextArt not working

2. Fix TextArt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TextArt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TextArt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TextArt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
