Why should I report an Issue with Snagscope?

1. Has ads but small at the bottom of the app..app is great used it for a while, just a couple of issues recently though, it wont let me select unlimited in the max streams to download, sometimes when a link is snagged it doesn't show in the list but says its present (i just relaunch the app and it appears) and every now and then it shuts itself down whithout me knowing.

2. Here's a suggestion for snagscope: in either the movie folder or the video folder for both the internal & external (sd card) storage, snapgscope should create a folder titled: "SS", which stands for (SnagScope) snagscope.Had an excellent experience with this app.

3. I've been trying to download a video which is a little more than an hour but it shows the capture is complete right before the last 10-20 snags capture are left & the video doesn't play.. It's so annoying.

4. Enter Snagscope, which allows you to login to download the videos! Thank you to the developers for adding that feature!Spent hours looking for a way to download a live broadcast from Periscope, trying and failing over and over again until I found this app.

5. Linking your Periscope account is a must, not only for snagging privates, but for the added 'Following' category, very convenient! For the dev, mind sharing which aggregator/site you use for trending, maybe an email would be preferable? Have a few interesting ideas...lmk.Doesn't download anything beyond 45 min.

Never experienced such good service with any & all apps I've ever used.A brilliant app, very easy to grab scopes for offline viewing, and they add to a download manager so you can process lots of downloads whereas I used to use a screen scraper that was one at a time and meant I could not use the phone for anything else.

7. Saves (.mp4) high quality video in folder called : Snagscope The core captures are collected in a folder in the Android folder.

8. Also, you may find your videos in the download folder in both the external (sd card) & internal storage.

9. I am able to save the broadcasts that fail but I haven't checked if the snags are cut short or if they capture everything from the moment I snagged till the end or if the trackback feature still works on them.

1. Fix Snagscope Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Snagscope: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Snagscope App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Snagscope" » Open Snagscope » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Snagscope » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Snagscope app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Snagscope servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Snagscope" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Snagscope app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Snagscope might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Snagscope. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Snagscope then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Snagscope not working

2. Fix Snagscope Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Snagscope be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Snagscope not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Snagscope may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
