Why should I report an Issue with Iqraaly - Audiobooks?

1. 🌹 Thanks ☺️Amazing idea with a very annoying feature!! I like the idea of audio books in general and this app in particular as it makes arabic books available for us, but what annoyed me the most is music in the background for some books, can you please remove music from the background of the books??! Or at least give the listener the option to disable it or to listen to an audio book version without the music !?The app isn't working, not responding!!!I love the application as an audiobook service but the app itself does not launch sometimes and other times it keep crashes while listening to a book and to resume I have to uninstall and re-install.

2. But i hope if you remove the background music; it even covers the reader's voice sometimes! I hope if you would add english books or at least add more arabic books for kids.

1. Fix Iqraaly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Iqraaly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Iqraaly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Iqraaly" » Open Iqraaly - Audiobooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Iqraaly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Iqraaly - Audiobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Iqraaly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Iqraaly - Audiobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Iqraaly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Iqraaly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Iqraaly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Iqraaly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Iqraaly not working

2. Fix Iqraaly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Iqraaly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Iqraaly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Iqraaly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
