Why should I report an Issue with Inkling?

1. This is a useless app and very buggy! I like my Adobe manual better!!!It is just wasting time & money I won't recommend that course for any body no one explain in the class, you can't get your money back if you decide not to go further with the course and you can't keep the sources for the information such as you can't download the reading & print it also i can't have access to these reading after you finish with them the course.

2. Attempted to contact developer support as listed on this page and for a bounce-back that the address doesn't exist.It does not work with my 2019 Samsung Tab A tablet.

3. Very specific topics and easy to walk in throughout all!After about a month, app starts to freeze during the load process and won't show full library.

4. Only reason for 4 stars is that it would be preferable to have an option to only download content on WiFi networks.This app deserves a MINUS 5 stars.

5. Don't understand why companies want to use this app.Easy to navigate and work through the training material.

6. It was working fine after reinstalling the Inkling app.

7. It tells me I have the Inkling app, but the only thing that opens is the Inkling eBooks app .

8. Then when close search you are back where you left off.Supposedly you are able to download material.

9. There seems to be no way to alter the account to get the plain Inkling app.

10. And I'm not allowed to install the app I need, because the eBooks app is already installed and will NOT UNINSTALL.

11. However if you must be logged in to the app to read, but you can't because everytime you switch locations you must re-login.

1. Fix Inkling Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Inkling: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Inkling App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inkling" » Open Inkling » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inkling » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Inkling app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inkling servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inkling" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Inkling app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inkling might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Inkling. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Inkling then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Inkling not working

2. Fix Inkling Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Inkling be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Inkling not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Inkling may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
