Why should I report an Issue with CalibreBox?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Eric Hoffmann to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. When I tried to connect to Onedrive to access my ebooks, I get an "error communicating with cloud...". Dropbox works perfectly, though.Surprise working app now! Okay, I'm not sure when it happened or if it was updated (or even if it was on Dropbox's side of things) but after getting a new Kindle eReader I tried this app again yesterday and it actually successfully connected and synced! I'm so happy cause I LOVE the app's functionality It *may* be that I have a new phone so possible new insight on getting to work again, which I'll be testing on my Fire tablet and update this review after I do so.

But I would like to download PDF files to a different folder, since Kindle doesn't recognize them as ebooks and add them to my on-device library, so it's not convenient to have them in that folder.if I didn't waste a lot of time trying to get it to work with Onedrive, I would have rated it 5 stars.

3. I have large Calibre libraries on both Dropbox and One Drive and it seems to work well with both.No longer works with Dropbox and this has been going on for many days now.

4. Consider a webview inside the app.Excellent, but suddenly broken? Have been using for a couple of years, but has suddenly stopped working completely with Dropbox.

5. Never had issues with Dropbox before, now it says I have no library associated with my account, and then says download failed when I log in again and try to access Dropbox.

6. In all fairness it might be Dropbox to blame, but either way I can't give more than 1 star for an app that doesn't work.

8. Hope it can be rescuedAs of June 2021, on Android 11, with Dropbox this apps still works perfectly well.

9. I've previously used Calibre Go which stopped working a year or two ago and Calibre Companion which is highly unintuitive and seems no not work ony set up any more.

10. After a little testing I was pleased to purchase the Pro version as I believe the developer needs support in return for his hard work.

1. Fix CalibreBox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CalibreBox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CalibreBox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CalibreBox" » Open CalibreBox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CalibreBox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CalibreBox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CalibreBox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CalibreBox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CalibreBox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CalibreBox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CalibreBox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CalibreBox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CalibreBox not working

2. Fix CalibreBox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CalibreBox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CalibreBox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CalibreBox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
