I have used it for more than a year and love itApp is amazing, I have been enjoying using it.. recently Reminder of the day is loaded from App server, though my internet connection is well established, I also tried to contact you via the email given in the App, but I got failure notice.. if you provide an email, I can send a screenshots of what I have in my phone.. One issue coming up now is that all Hadith recently are repeated...Please check as it is not working on PIE version and solve the problem.. Many other users also complained same.. I gave 2 stars so that you can take action immediatelySalam alaykum just wanted to state this app wass working fine however it is now saying there no internet connection regardding the daily hadith.

2. :'(I will download it again if i'll receive a notification from the developer telling that problem has been solved, App was good but It got stuck on the same Hadhees from 24th May,Even i tried to refresh it again n again but nothing is working out...You should fix this as soon as possible... Otherwise we are gonna Uninstall this App.. I wrote a Review also send you the feedback still You haven't fixed it,I m disappointed 🥺🥺🥺...Wonderful application,easy to use , favourite folder organises selected supplications in separate categories .

3. Sharing as a text works but not as an image :/I'd give it 5 but the app keeps saying check internet connection when trying to download audio.

4. Ill get a notification for a hadith narration and whne i click on it, im taken to a blank page.

5. The daily hadith does show up in my notification but it doesn't update past June 1st inside the app.

6. I can assume there must be an isssue between the connection oof the app and pulling the images.

7. i have a pixel 3 xl and if this app isnt optimized for this phone then idk whats going on with the developers.Salaam Devs.

1. Fix Hisnii Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hisnii: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hisnii App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hisnii" » Open Hisnii: Dua & daily Reminders » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hisnii » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hisnii: Dua & daily Reminders app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hisnii servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hisnii: Dua & daily Reminders" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hisnii app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hisnii might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hisnii. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hisnii then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hisnii not working

2. Fix Hisnii Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hisnii be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hisnii not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hisnii may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
