1. If and option could be added to hide the notification icon from the notification bar (similar to what Appy Weather has), and add weather alerts I would switch completely to this app.A very nice interface with the ability to adapt to any one of several data sources very easily.

2. Someone had to write the app, and someone has to maintain it and continue to keep it as good as it is, so I have no problem whatsoever paying a yearly subscription to use something this refined without staring at ads every time.The app is nice to use and I like that Dark Sky is the source.

1. Fix Hello Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hello Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hello Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hello Weather" » Open Hello Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hello Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hello Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hello Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hello Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hello Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hello Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hello Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hello Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hello Weather not working

2. Fix Hello Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hello Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hello Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hello Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
