Why should I report an Issue with SuperMe - Avatar Maker Creator?

1. The first one, not so much but the second really annoys me to the boneGreat app but you have to watch an add to unlock items and when you are done watching the add and finish your Avatar and go then come back and you have to start watching add allover again .I really like this app because we can make random pics on our own or we can make anime characters and we can make new friends and many other options are there to enjoy in this app but one thing I don't like is whenever we save a pic it always shows same ad other than that everything is fine with this app a nice game to create something new and creative 👏👏....There is a problem.

2. I understand you need to make profit, but at least add an ad option for individual items or a "closet" option to try them on before deciding to buy them with an ad... But in general, it's a fantastic app.Bruh it makes me go to the play store after every ad when I watch ads to get items so when I get back in the game I have to watch the ad again but itll take me back to the app store and I can't even play the gameNice apps.

3. T_TI would love to give it 5 stars, I really liked it, but there is one big problem, I accidentally logged out of my account, when I got back in, the history was empty and all my new items were gone (Eyes, hair styles and clothes), I spent weeks to gain them, I'm really upset, I don't feel like doing it again... please fix this.

4. Recommended for the creative type, and/or anime fan.Ngl, I remember using this app in my childhood(though a modded one) and just remembered it when I was bored and thinking about what good games to install.

5. Is there any alternative to get transparent background in my avatar? Besides it has too many ads ( annoying ads )I remember using this app three years ago with another name.

6. You need to sign up to even get access to buying or obtaining those items, which are the 70% of the options.

7. 2 things that bothers me though; firstly, opening the app with and without connections are seperate and second, the eternity it takes for the app to generate the avatar in my gallery.

8. Only two mini-games work, the first is Guess Cartoon which isn't in English, and the second is Tap Tap Me, which is a good idea but not very fun.

9. Also a good way to get started on original characters for your own manga or anime.

10. If you aren't familiar with many animes, a lot of options are from characters from popular animes.

11. It was so cool! I installed it again and there were many more options to customize my character! But here end the good news.

1. Fix SuperMe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SuperMe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SuperMe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuperMe" » Open SuperMe - Avatar Maker Creator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuperMe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SuperMe - Avatar Maker Creator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuperMe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuperMe - Avatar Maker Creator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SuperMe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuperMe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SuperMe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuperMe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuperMe not working

2. Fix SuperMe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuperMe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuperMe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SuperMe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
